Application Guide | ForLash™ Eyelash Enhancing SerumUpdated a year ago

Wash Your Hands

  • Start by washing your hands thoroughly with a mild, fragrance-free soap to ensure they are clean before handling the serum and applying it near your sensitive eye area. Clean hands help keep irritants at bay!

Remove Contact Lenses

  • For our lovely contact lens wearers, it's best to remove them before applying the serum to your lash line. This minimizes the risk of any contact between the serum and your lenses, ensuring a comfortable application.

Cleanse Your Face

  • Cleanse like a pro! Use a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser to wash your face, including your eyelids and the area around your lash line. Make sure your face is clean and free from any makeup, skincare products, or residues. A clean canvas means less chance of eye irritation!

Eye Area Prep

  • After cleansing, ensure your lash line and eyelids are completely dry. A little pat with a clean towel does the trick! This step helps prevent any dilution or potential irritation when applying the serum.

Preparing the ForLash Serum

  • Shake it like you mean it! Give the ForLash Eyelash Enhancing Serum a gentle shake to get those ingredients mingling. Then, uncap the magic and make sure the applicator brush is debris-free to ensure a smooth and safe application.

Start with a Small Amount

  • Less is more, my dear! Prepare the applicator brush with a small amount of serum – just enough to work its enchantment without overwhelming your delicate lash line.

One Eye at a Time

  • Gently and firmly close one eye during the application to ensure no accidental contact with the serum. You will apply the serum to one eye at a time, keeping the other eye closed for better visibility. Safety first!

Apply to the Base of Lashes – One Eye at a Time

  • It's time for some lash magic! With a feather-light touch, swipe the serum-coated applicator brush along the base of your upper lashes, from the inner to the outer corner. Be cautious not to make direct contact with your eye, avoiding any potential irritation.

Blink to Disperse Serum

  • After applying, blink slowly and let your lashes flutter to allow the serum to disperse along the lash line naturally.

Wait a Minute or Two to Dry

  • After it's evenly distributed, close your eye for a minute or two until the serum has dried, to prevent any accidental contact. Avoid rubbing or touching your eyes during this time to prevent any potential irritation.

Repeat for the Other Eye

  • Ready for round two? Once the first eye is fabulously dry, it's time for the other eye to shine! Repeat the process, taking care with each step, and let both eyes sparkle safely!

Keep the Bottle Clean

  • Treat the bottle with care! Keep it free from any contaminants that could potentially cause eye irritation. Closing the bottle tightly after each use ensures the serum stays pristine and safe for future applications.

There you have it, lovelies! Your ticket to achieving the most fabulous lashes with a touch of magic!

Lash Care 101

  • Be Patient and Consistent: Great things take time! Consistent application is essential for stunning results. Be patient; those fabulous lashes are worth it.
  • Start with Once a Day: Begin with once-a-day application to assess your skin's tolerance. If all goes smoothly, increase to twice a day after 48 hours.
  • Morning Application: Embrace the morning routine! Apply the serum after washing your face and completing your skincare routine. It's the perfect step before makeup, if you wear any, to let the serum work its magic throughout the day.
  • Evening Application: Welcome the night-time ritual! Apply the serum as the last step in your nighttime skincare routine. While you rest and rejuvenate, the serum gets to work on your lashes.
  • Cleanse and Remove Makeup: Before each application, ensure your eyelids are clean and makeup-free with a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser.
  • Stay Hydrated and Maintain a Balanced Diet: Hydration and a balanced diet play vital roles in overall lash health. Drink plenty of water and indulge in nutrient-rich foods to nourish your lashes from within.
  • Moisturize Your Lashes: Show your lashes some love with natural oils like coconut oil, castor oil, or almond oil. Keep them moisturized for healthy growth.
  • Protect the Serum Bottle: Store the serum bottle in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures, to preserve its efficacy.
  • Be Mindful of Makeup Removal: Be cautious not to get makeup remover or cleanser directly on your lash line where the serum is applied. Let's avoid any interference.
  • Remove Eye Makeup Gently: Treat your lashes tenderly when removing eye makeup. Use a mild, fragrance-free makeup remover and avoid harsh rubbing.
  • Avoid Waterproof Mascara: While using the serum, skip the waterproof mascara. We want to save your lashes from potential damage!
  • Limit Eyelash Extensions and False Lashes: Give your natural lashes some breathing space. If you use extensions, take breaks to let your lashes recover.
  • Practice Good Eye Hygiene: Keep your eye area clean and free from debris to prevent potential infections that could affect lash health.
  • Massage Your Eyelids: A gentle massage on your eyelids improves blood circulation, which may support lash growth – a luxurious treat for yourself!
